The investment objective of the scheme is primarily to generate a corpus to provide for pension in the form of periodical income / cash flow to the unit holders to the extent of redemption value of their holding after the age of 58 years by investing in a mix of securities comprising of debt & money market instruments and equity & equity related instruments.
